4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on our website are shown in euros (EUR) and include the applicable Spanish VAT (IVA) when the buyer is located within the European Union.
For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT will not be charged, but customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for these charges.

Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other indicated methods).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Spain and EU: approx. 3–13 business days

  • Outside EU: approx. 3–13 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, incorrect address information, or carrier issues beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
