Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy for customers within the United States, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notice – International Orders
Due to logistical constraints and high return shipping costs, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible).
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
